Senior Executive - Customer Relations Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Manage the full bulk process from order receipt to production and payment
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and maintain the order book
  • Understand customer timelines and ensure timely execution
  • Maintain documentation and communicate order status updates
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular interactions
  • Handle customer complaints, rejections, and quality issues
  • Manage debtor balances and follow up on payments
  • Prepare and update reports and relevant documents
  • Maintain and update price lists
  • Coordinate urgent deliveries and daily operations
  • Ensure high standards of customer service
  • Update brand portals and weekly order recaps
  • Reconcile internal order details with brand portal data

Requirements

  • Male/Female
  • Age Below 35
  • Qualification in CIMA, CIM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Management or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and customer handling skills
  • Good organizational and documentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
