Job Role

• Plan, coordinate, and execute mall events, promotional campaigns, and activations from setup through completion.
• Coordinate event production requirements including sound, lighting, staging, power, and other technical infrastructure.
• Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, installation, dismantling, and on-ground operational activities.
• Coordinate mall signage, promotional branding, directional signage, and event-related branding installations.
• Prepare and maintain event documentation such as floor layouts, setup plans, drawings, vendor briefs, quotations, and comparison summaries.
• Coordinate purchase approvals and invoice submissions while ensuring events are delivered safely, on time, and according to specifications.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in events, promotions, activations, or a related field.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, exhibitions, event agencies, or other high-activity environments will be an advantage.
• Good practical knowledge of event production, sound, lighting, staging, logistics, and safety requirements.
• Experience working with event suppliers, production vendors, signage suppliers, and external service providers.
• Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple operational requirements simultaneously.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to prepare event briefs and documentation and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required for events and installations.
