Senior Executive - HR Data Analyst Full-Time

Job Duties: 

  • Monthly Head Count status report - Gather data from HRIS (Oracle) and develop report as per standard template & share with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and submit Headcount Reports for the Monthly Dashboard to Holdco Finance along with the monthly changes.
  • Generate Weekly Starters, Leavers, OT & Non-compliance Reports and publish consistently.
  • Compile Summary Reports & Ad-hoc Reports for business needs (CTCs, standardization matrix, retirement age, etc.) as requested by HODs.
  • Prepare HR information / Reports for management meeting by gathering relevant data and creating presentation decks.
  • Reconcile HRIS (Oracle), Headcount, Payroll & O365 (Outlook - Teams Structure) Data to ensure alignment.
  • Validate HRIS (Oracle) Dashboard Data with source data and ensure accuracy.
  • Reconcile HRIS & Organizational Structure Data for accuracy.
  • Maintaining Line Manager Reports Up to Date on HRIS (Oracle).
  • Maintain organizational structures up to date with accurate records based on management approved (signed-off) structures.
  • Process HRIS (Oracle) system changes (employee transfers, department/ category / designation/ grade updates / line manager).
  • Raise and track Oracle system-related tickets, ensuring closure with external stakeholders.
  • Drive HR automation initiatives through the internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the overall HR Dashboard Creation initiative.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 02 - 03 years of experience in HR analytics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll reconciliation, and data management.
  • Strategic thinking, attention to detail, analytical mindset, adoptability and resilience.
