Senior Executive – Human Resource & Organizational Development Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Ensure maintaining of all aspects of organizational development & design scope across the region.
  • Conduct timely assessments of the organizational structures against the HRIS with periodic audits to ensure effectiveness.
  • Assist in executing the relevant deliverables aligned to the HR strategies and overall business objectives.
  • Responsible to ensure effective end to end execution of HRD related process cycles; Performance Management, Learning & Development programs, Talent review and Career & Succession planning.
  • Lead organizational development efforts, including change management, Employee engagement, Employer branding and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with overall company goals.
  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role as and when requested by management.


Requirements

  • Male/Female
  • Age below 40
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business Administration / HR or similar from a reputed University/Institute.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should be detail oriented.
