Senior Executive – Human Resource & Organizational Development Full-Time
Job Duties
Ensure maintaining of all aspects of organizational development & design scope across the region.
Conduct timely assessments of the organizational structures against the HRIS with periodic audits to ensure effectiveness.
Assist in executing the relevant deliverables aligned to the HR strategies and overall business objectives.
Responsible to ensure effective end to end execution of HRD related process cycles; Performance Management, Learning & Development programs, Talent review and Career & Succession planning.
Lead organizational development efforts, including change management, Employee engagement, Employer branding and Compensation & Benefits.
Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with overall company goals.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role as and when requested by management.

Male/Female
Age below 40
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business Administration / HR or similar from a reputed University/Institute.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Should be detail oriented.
