Job Duties

• Promote and market annual maintenance contracts for Diesel Generators and Diesel Engine customers.
• Visit potential and existing clients to understand their requirements and propose maintenance solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets including gross profit goals.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships to consistently meet objectives.
• Manage invoicing of service agreements and ensure timely payment collection.
• Coordinate with internal departments and staff to enhance aftermarket support services.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support sales forecasting and growth strategies.

• Age Below 35
• Part or full qualification in Marketing (SLIM/CIM) or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing.
• Exposure to engine-related equipment or technical background is an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills, with strong communication in English & Sinhala.
• Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and perform independently with minimal supervision.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Result-oriented and proactive in achieving business goals.
