Senior Executive – Talent Engagement and Development Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Establish and drive the Skill Matrix for the Non-Executive level.
  • Drive the Performance Management Cycle.
  • Conduct the Annual Increment and Promotion Cycle.
  • Prepare and monitor the Training & Development budget to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and review policies and frameworks to support talent development, engagement, performance management, and career & succession planning.
  • Conduct Talent Assessment processes.
  • Execute the Management Trainee and Industrial Training programs.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new recruits.
  • Draft and review Job Descriptions for all categories.
  • Provide accurate and timely HR data and insights to management for decision-making

Requirements

  • Female
  • Age Below 35
  • Bachelor’s Degree and Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity (experience in a manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office and Power BI (mandatory).
  • Strong data analytical skills.
  • Knowledge in ERP systems will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
