Job Duties

• Design, develop, and deliver training modules on electronic and home appliance products for showroom staff, service teams, and new recruits.
• Collaborate with product managers and suppliers to stay updated on product specifications, updates, and market trends.
• Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate participant knowledge retention and product understanding.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to identify product training needs and skill gaps.
• Facilitate both classroom and on-site training sessions using demonstrations, simulations, and interactive methodologies.
• Prepare and maintain product training manuals, visual aids, SOPs, and FAQs.
• Maintain an updated product knowledge database on the Learning Management System (LMS).
  

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age below 40
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related
• technical field.
• Professional certification in Training & Development is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product training or technical training, preferably
• in electronics, home appliances, or consumer durables.
• Prior experience in sales/service functions is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, air
• conditioners, ovens, etc.) and consumer electronics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, datasheets, and schematics.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital content creation is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)
