Job Duties:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
• Ensure timely statutory and tax compliance, including VAT/GST, corporate tax, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
• Handle vessel-related cost accounting, freight revenue accounting, port charges, and operational expenses where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial procedures.
• Assist in ERP implementation, process improvements, and finance automation initiatives.
• Support management with financial reports, MIS dashboards, and strategic business analysis.

• Age below 35
• CA Finalist (Passed Finalist) / Strategic Level qualification is mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Prior experience in the Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime, or Transportation industry is highly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is an advantage.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
