Job Duties:

• Lead Employee & Industrial Relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Drive key workforce KPIs such as absenteeism, turnover, retention, attendance, productivity, and workforce stability.
• Lead Compensation & Benefits strategies to support attraction, motivation, and retention.
• Develop HR analytics, dashboards, and management reports for effective decision-making.
• Drive Performance & Talent Management, succession planning, career development, and capability building.
• Lead Learning & Development initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Champion employee engagement, safety, diversity, inclusion, well-being, and a high-performance culture.
• Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
• Drive HR process improvement, automation, digital transformation, and effective use of HRIS platforms.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR qualification (PQHRM, CIPM, SHRM, CIPD or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in a senior HR role overseeing multiple locations/plants.
• Strong experience in HR Operations in manufacturing or large - scale operations.
• Proven expertise in Employee Relations, absenteeism management, labour laws, disciplinary processes , and grievance handling.
• Strong knowledge and hands -on experience in Compensation & Benefits administration.
• Solid experience in HR reporting and analytics with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation , and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial acumen, strategic thinking , and ability to influence and drive change.
