Job Duties: 

• Communicate and negotiate with the Principals to meet time bound deliveries for customer success.
• Follow-up on order status with Suppliers and keep the import tracker up to date. 
• Monitor timely acquisitions of marine insurance policies to cover imports. 
• Ensure all imports are aligned with rules and regulations set by the foreign and local authorities.
• Interact and negotiate with suppliers for order placing and arranging on time payments of suppliers.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Imports, Logistics or Purchasing related job role.
• Successfully completed GCE Advance Level; preferably in Commerce or Science Stream.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistic or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge on ERP Systems and Microsoft Office packages.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
