Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for our local customer base, providing responsive and proactive assistance throughout the order fulfillment process.
Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end order management process, including order entry, confirmation, tracking, and delivery scheduling, to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
Board of Investment Documentation: Manage and coordinate all documentation and paperwork required to gain BOI approvals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely submission of necessary paperwork.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information and solutions to ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Collaboration: Work closely with the local sales manager and all internal departments, including, production, logistics. and finance, to coordinate order fulfillment activities, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Ability to be a team player.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of customer orders. transactions, and communications. as well as government board of investment documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations

Age below 40
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in customer service, order management, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in other languages will be definite plus.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with specific expertise in MS excel and experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
