Job Duties 

• Oversee end-to-end customs/BOI clearance operations (imports, exports, multimodal shipments)
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lanka Customs and BOI regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with Customs, BOI, Port, Airport, and relevant authorities
• Drive business development and key account growth
• Manage P&L, cost optimization, and revenue expansion
• Lead, mentor, and develop the brokerage team

Requirements 

• Male / Female 
• Age below 45
• Professional qualifications in Logistics/Supply Chain (preferred)
• 10+ years’ experience in Customs Brokerage / Freight Forwarding
• Proven leadership experience in a senior role
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, clearance processes, and documentation
• Commercial mindset with business development skills
