Job Duties

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems to ensure high standards.
• Manage staff involved in building services engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil).
• Plan and schedule regular inspections and testing of critical engineering systems.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Facilities Management Department.
• Manage energy efficiency and energy management of the buildings.

Responsibilities

• Age: 35 – 45 years
• BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (MBA/MSc is an advantage).
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, operations, or maintenance of high-rise buildings.
• Experience with Electrical Systems, MVAC, Generators, Elevators, VFDs, BMS, Fire Alarm Systems.
• Knowledge of building services engineering, compliance audits, and report writing.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Ability to work independently with a “can-do” attitude.
