Job Duties:

• Lead all digital marketing activities, including Meta Ads, social media, and content strategies to grow our global online presence.
• Act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visuals across all international markets.
• Manage marketing efforts for new restaurant openings, ensuring strong pre-launch and post-launch visibility.
• Plan and execute brand events, pop-ups, and participation in major industry exhibitions.
• Develop and implement global PR strategies and manage local and international media outreach.
• Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners to boost brand visibility.
• Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to highlight the brand’s food identity across campaigns and media.
• Oversee brand storytelling, campaign messaging, and creative content development.
• Host key industry figures, chefs, and media at brand events to strengthen engagement and exposure.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in hospitality, food, or luxury brands preferred.
• A flair for storytelling, art direction, and food journalism.
• Proven experience in social media marketing and paid advertising (Meta Ads).
• High energy, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple time zones.
• Passionate about food, wine, and the culinary world.
• Willingness to travel extensively and represent the brand internationally.
• Capable of working under pressure and reporting to a high-expectation leadership team.
