Job Duties

• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Support the development of promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, presentations, and online content.
• Manage social media channels and ensure consistent brand voice and visuals.
• Assist with the organization and promotion of events, product launches, and trade shows.
• Liaise with design teams, advertising agencies, and vendors to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for senior management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest improvements.
• Maintain and update the company’s website and digital content.
• Oversee the work of junior marketing staff and provide guidance when needed.
• Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and budgets.

Requirements

• Age below 40
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or a similar coordination role.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, content creation, and social media management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
• Leadership experience or team coordination skills preferred.
