Job Role:

• Handle port agency operations, vessel coordination, and shipping logistics activities.
• Coordinate ship arrivals, departures, and port clearances with relevant authorities.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation including PDA/FDA, reports, and operational updates.
• Communicate with foreign principals, clients, and shipping partners regarding vessel operations.
• Arrange crew changes, hotel bookings, transportation, and port logistics services.
• Monitor and update operational movements, vessel status, and logistics schedules.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, port procedures, and international shipping standards.
• Provide 24/7 operational support on a roster basis, including port visits when required.

Requirements:

• Male 
• Age below 30
• Minimum GCE A/L qualification.
• At least 2+ years of experience as an Operations Executive in shipping, logistics, or port agency operations.
• Strong knowledge of shipping operations, freight handling, vessel coordination, and logistics management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).
• Valid motorbike riding license (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (spoken & written).
• Ability to handle international client communication and documentation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, and port visits.
