Senior Performance Management Executive Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement performance management processes and systems.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Identify areas for performance improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish performance goals.
  • Monitor and track monthly achievements against KPIs , ensuring timely follow-up with relevant departments.
  • Prepare and manage an annual training plan and budget aligned with the Objectives and KPIs achievements.
  • Facilitate training sessions to educate teams on performance standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of individual development plans for employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field/ professional qualifications (CQHRM / PQHRM)
  • Proven experience in performance management or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
  • Proficiency in performance management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
