Job Duties

• Analyzing orders in hand and checking the availability of required capacity.
• Prepare detailed production schedules including all tasks and completion timelines.
• Liaise closely with production, procurement, logistics and sales teams to ensure compliance of scheduled plan.
• Manage production plans and schedules including contingency or exception plans to mitigate known risks when necessary.
• Control the work in progress for optimum utilization of the capacity.
• Assist the production team to find solutions to problems that may affect the production schedule.

Requirements

• Male/ Female
• Age Below 35
• Degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in planning at a large, diversified manufacturing organization.
• Proven track records of end-to-end production planning.
• High integrity and ability to handle multiple projects/ products.
• Strategic thinking.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
• New ideas, innovative thinking and a go-greater mindset.
