• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to completion
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and operations
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Oversee contractor and vendor performance
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management.

Job Requirements

• Age Below 45.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project management (preferably in construction/engineering/projects environment)
• Proven experience in handling large-scale or multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Excellent knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
• AMIESL, ECSL & CPM certifications are added advantages.
