Conduct daily field sales visits in Nugegoda, Colombo 05, Colombo 07, Colombo 08, Borella, Maharagama, and surrounding areas to meet corporate clients, hardware shops, contractors, builders, industrial buyers, and factory owners.
Manage and grow B2B sales, outdoor sales, and key accounts in hardware, industrial products, construction materials, engineering supplies, and building materials sectors.
Generate new business leads, acquire new customers through cold visits, field scouting, business development, client meetings, and follow-up activities.
Handle all inquiry follow-ups, quotation preparation, price negotiations, and customer coordination to close sales in hardware, electrical, mechanical and industrial product categories.
Build long-term customer relationships with procurement departments, purchasing officers, store managers, project engineers, and site supervisors.
Coordinate with finance/accounts departments for payment collection, cheque follow-up, invoice clearing, and credit control tasks.
Work closely with field engineers to generate new inquiries, technical sales opportunities, and product demonstrations.
Promote company product range during field visits, customer meetings, hardware shop visits, and industrial site visits.
Collect market intelligence, competitor pricing, customer requirements, industry trends, and share insights to support sales strategy.
Meet monthly sales targets, achieve KPIs, expand market reach, and increase product penetration in Nugegoda and Colombo regions.
Maintain proper documentation including sales reports, customer visit reports, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
Ensure repeat orders by providing excellent after-sales support, resolving customer issues, and maintaining strong communication with key clients.

Age below 30
Minimum 2+ years B2B field sales experience in hardware, building materials, industrial supplies, engineering products, construction materials, electrical/mechanical items, or factory supply products.
Valid motorbike license and ability to travel daily for field sales.
Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala, ability to build client relationships, and a target-driven sales personality.
