Job Duties

• Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals for Social Media Marketing requirements
• Identifying and contacting potential clients to determine their needs and assess their interest in the company’s products or services
• Understanding & analyzing customer requirements and pitch the customers accordingly
• Effective communication with clients & development team to meet desired targets
• Maintain fruitful relationship with clients and provide suggestions to the client requirements
• Planning & overseeing new markets & sales initiatives
• Contribute towards continuous improvement of the company engagement with existing and potential clients
• Analyze the customer database & convert the potential target accounts to an active pool

Requirements

• Female
• Age below 30
• External Communication Skills
• Good Computer Literacy
• The ideal candidate must be fully or partially qualified in CIM/SLIM or any other similar professional qualification 
• Overall 2+ Years of experience in the field of Sales is compulsory
• Excellent spoken & written communication skills in both English & Sinhala
• Should have strong work ethics
