Job Duties:

• Actively participate with the team in project planning
• Analyze, Design, and develop efficient ABAP codes for all kinds of SAP development activities such as workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (WRICEF)
• Develop complex Customized programs and work with the Consultants on the specifications to deliver the customer solution and identifying performance of existing development provide re-engineering solutions for necessary developments
• Analyze, Design, develop and deploy applications on other frameworks and Provide support on critical systems globally on projects before go-live and post go-live
• Collaborating with management, departments, and customers to identify end-user requirements, specifications, and setting user story deliverables
• Designing algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems
• Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements
• Testing and deploying programs and applications
• Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software 
• Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance
• Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products
• Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects
• Identify and prioritize IT process improvements
• Participate actively in Process Feedback and Process Improvement during Scrum, Sprint Retro meetings, etc.
• Support new process implementation and sustainability initiatives 

Requirements

• Male/ Female
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information System or any related discipline or equivalent qualification
• 3+ years of experience in Line of Business application development and ABAP development covering all WRICEF areas
• Age below 45
• Knowledge on object-oriented programming including .Net and RDBMS knowledge on MS SQL server.
• Experience in AWS Cloud environment and understanding of its principles and deployment strategies
• Experience in SharePoint Online development and administration and Office365 workings
• Experience in Windows Server and Linux for deployment, hosting, and troubleshooting
• Experience in REST API and SOAP services development and deployment
• Experience working with source code management using Git/TFVC
• SAP Certifications
