Senior Strategic HR Executive Full-Time

Job Duties: 

  • Facilitate the annual launch of objectives and KPIs in collaboration with the Head of HR.
  • Monitor and track monthly achievements against KPIs , ensuring timely follow-up with relevant departments.
  • Maintain dashboards to map progress and identify knowledge and skills gaps within teams.
  • Prepare and manage an annual training plan and budget aligned with the Objectives and KPIs achievements.
  • Source and coordinate training/coaching resources and logistical arrangements.
  • Launch and maintain a post-training performance tracking system and ensure accurate individual training records.
  • Reconcile training outcomes with performance improvements and manage post-training evaluations.
  • Facilitate to drive top internal talent using the 9-box grid based on performance over the last two years.
  • Facilitate to develop talent pools at the Managerial, Executive, and Non-Executive levels.
  • Coordinate talent selection criteria with the Head of HR.
  • Organize training/coaching programs for talent pool members and conduct exit interviews.
Requirements:
  • Female
  • Professional Qualifications ( CQHRM / PQHRM ) or Degree in HRM or Business Administration or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR similar work, preferably within a manufacturing/export environment.
  • Strong understanding of performance management and talent development processes.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
