Job Duties

• Monitor all end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timely delivery. 
• Oversee the procurement and supply of Local materials. 
• Identify materials requirements and onboard new suppliers, both locally and internationally with technical and commercial evaluation. 
• Super vise MEP subcontractor work and negotiate contracts to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts for Local and imported project materials. 
• Manage supplier registration and evaluation in compliance with 150 requirements. 
• Generate weekly and monthly procurement reports for management. 
• Monitor key materials and consumables, updating reorder Levels through periodic inventory movement reviews and ROL assessments. 

Requirements

• Male/ Female
• Age below 40 
• 4 years, Hand on experience in MEP and Construction Industry would be definite advantage.
• BSc Transport and Logistics Management or Equivalent Qualifications. Excellent Written and Oral Skills-Both Sinhala and English.
• Analytical, Organizational and Presentation Skills.
• Very good knowledge in warehouse management.
• Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage.
• Excellent Knowledge in Excel with the MS Office.
