Senior Talent Acquisition Executive Full-Time

Job Role 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment / full-cycle recruitment from talent sourcing to onboarding coordination.
  • Develop and execute strategic hiring and workforce planning initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers for stakeholder management and manpower planning discussions.
  • Utilize advanced talent sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, headhunting, job portals, LinkedIn recruiting, and social media recruiting.
  • Conduct CV screening, competency-based interviews, and candidate assessments to ensure quality-of-hire.
  • Perform reference checking and salary negotiation, ensuring positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and CV database management system for future hiring needs.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with labour law regulations, recruitment policies, and HR best practices.
  • Lead and mentor junior recruiters while promoting ethical recruitment and diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Support and enhance employer branding activities to attract high-caliber talent.


Requirements

  • Male/ Female
  • Age below 40
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Strategic Hiring, with senior-level exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS systems, HRIS platforms, and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in bulk hiring, managerial-level recruitment, and workforce planning.
  • Expertise in Boolean search, headhunting, LinkedIn recruiting, and talent pool development.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to track and report recruitment KPIs and hiring metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership capability to mentor and guide recruitment teams.
  • Candidates must reside within 25 KM radius of the workplace location.
