Job Duties 

• Efficiently manage and process trade transactions within set timelines.
• Collaborate with banks to ensure smooth execution of import operations.
• Promptly and accurately address all import- related inquiries from banks, logistics, and procurement divisions of the company.
• Maintaining comprehensive records of all import activities, including customs documentation and compliance certificates. 
• Support all banking- related activities within the company including short- term loans rollovers and payments to overseas suppliers. 
• Timely update ERP system and actively engaged in system improvement projects. 

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, International Business or part qualification in a recognized accountancy body such as CA/ CMA/ ACCA.
• 3-4  years of experience in similar capacity
• Knowledge of accounting system
• External Communication Skills
• Good Computer Literacy
