Job Duties

• Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
• Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
• Work with sales employees, answering their questions, providing instruction and guidelines and demonstrating the best service techniques for them
• Ability to prepare quotations for potential customers and processing order requests and follow up with all parties up to the payment collection.
• Keep a track of all sales / marketing activities of the division and preparing the  month end records.

Requirements

• Female
• Professional qualifications
• 2 year experience
• Age below 32
• Part qualified in Quantity Surveying will be a definite advantage but not a must
• The candidate shall be proficient in MS Office Package such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written is a must.
• Ability to converse / communicate with suppliers, marketing/technical teams, and customers.
• Ability to prepare quotations for potential customers and processing order requests and follow up with all parties up to the payment collection.
