Job Duties 

• Assist in coordinating and managing the shipment of finished goods and raw materials to various destinations.
• Support in liaising with carriers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies for transportation arrangements.
• Help with documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations.
• Aid in managing inventory and maintaining records of outgoing shipments.
• Assist in addressing shipping-related issues, including delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• coordinate with the banks, ministries and get the necessary approval.
• Follow company policies and assist in ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.

Requirements

• Female/Male
• Age below 35
• Diploma in Logistics
• Prior 1 – 2 years experience in shipping, or logistics.
• Understanding of incoterms and international shipping practices.
• Knowledge of packaging products for shipping/delivery.
• Proficiency in using shipping software and systems.
• Willingness to learn shipping processes and regulations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing shipping regulations and procedures
