Showroom Executive Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing personalized service that enhances their shopping experience.
  • Maintain an impeccable showroom environment, ensuring that all displays reflect the luxury standards of our brand.
  • Educate customers about the features and benefits of our luxury goods and jewelry, highlighting unique craftsmanship and design elements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with clients and strategic selling techniques.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operation of the showroom, participating in inventory management and restocking as needed.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competition to provide insights and suggestions for showroom merchandising and promotions.

Requirements

  • Male / Female
  • Age Below 45
  • Degree or relavent qualification
  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in retail management
  • Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating a commitment to creating a memorable shopping experience.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to effectively close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring impeccable presentation of merchandise and the showroom environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client schedules.
