Job Duties

• Oversee all operational activities within the showroom to ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve showroom targets and increase revenue.
• Recruit, train, and manage showroom staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure optimal stock levels are met while minimizing shrinkage.
• Curate and maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations that reflect the brand's luxury image.
• Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to design promotional events and launch new products.

• Degree or relavent qualification
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a preference for luxury goods or jewelry industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, driving performance and accountability.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
