Job Duties

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Engage customers by understanding their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to enhance customer understanding and interest.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, ensuring an appealing display of products.
• Assist in the management of inventory levels, including stock replenishment and inventory audits.
• Collaborate with the management team to execute visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines.

• Degree or relavent qualification
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in retail management
• Proven experience in a retail or showroom environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
