Job Duties

• Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at the project site.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Ensure all MEP activities comply with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor site progress and provide daily/weekly reports to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.
• Address site-level challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved within budget and scope.

Requirements

• Male
• Age Below 40
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEP site supervision (construction industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, standards, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work under pressure.
