Job Duties

• Preparing 2W & 3W spare parts importing orders in AAL (Hero, Aprilia, Vespa, E-bikes & TVS 3W)
• Updating monthly insurance for all showrooms/ warehouse location
• Follow-up ongoing GRN process and provide necessary details to related parties
• Monitoring all local purchasing request and approved for processing
• Handling all warehouses insurance matters with insurance dep and prepare the necessary document
• Conducting physical stock count and re count in sub warehouses & workshop locations

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 35
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar role would be an added advantage
• Possesses Certificate/ Diploma in Supply Chain Management
• Proficiency in computer literacy MS Office package/ Excel and data entering
• Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills & communication skills
