Analyze group-wide business performance, including manufacturing efficiency, supply chain metrics, financial performance, and market trends.
Identify improvement opportunities by investigating underperforming areas and highlighting cost-saving or value-creation levers.
Build and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and forecasting models for leadership visibility.
Translate operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights for the Group CEO and senior management.
Support strategic initiatives by providing data-backed insights for investment, expansion, and operational decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and meaningful interpretation.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
3–5 years of experience in data analyst, business analyst, strategic analyst, management reporting, corporate strategy, or manufacturing analytics roles.
Strong experience in financial analysis, management accounting, cost accounting, and interpretation of financial statements.
Hands-on expertise in advanced Excel or Google Sheets (financial models, pivot tables, dashboards).
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, operational analytics, and supply chain metrics; experience in apparel, textile, FMCG, or industrial manufacturing is an advantage.
Ability to clearly communicate insights through presentations, dashboards, and concise executive summaries.
