Job Duties:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and global standards.
• Oversee procurement, demand planning, inventory control, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
• Lead production planning and material management processes to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare analytical reports related to supply chain performance, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with local and international supply chain regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, finance, sales, and regional/global teams to support business growth.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while implementing contingency plans for operational continuity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing supply chain teams across multiple functions.
• Manage ERP/SAP systems and ensure accurate data-driven decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Age below 45
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s Degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain Management/CIPS will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in supply chain management with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience working in a multinational company environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, planning, logistics, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities effectively.
• Candidates residing within a 25 km radius will be given preference.
