Manage Mail servers, Virtualization, Cloud systems, storage, MDM Solutions etc.
Working with Windows & Linux Server based environments including AD, DNS, DHCP, MS Exchange Servers, Hyper-V, VMware ESXi servers etc.
Working Network Topologies and networking hardware Servers, Storage, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Access Points etc Knowledge of common protocols and Network Security technologies such as TCP/IP, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS, POP, SMTP, FTP, LDAP, KERBEROS, DNS, IPSEC, SSL/VPN etc.
Build up good relationships with the Customers and partners, better understand their requirements & support them Convert enquirers into right technical solutions.
Support partner’s provision of Demo / Evaluation / POC support, forging strong relationships with customers and partners, providing them with onsite or remote product demonstrations and answering technical questions, generate Bill of Materials & prepare proposal for solution.
Provide Email, Phone, onsite and remote support to the partner and their technical teams to ensure they have rapid and responsive access to our solution related information or answers to questions with requirement gathering and product specification.
Coordinate closely with internal sales team as a trusted security advisor on sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ requirements.
Requirements :
Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or Equivalent Certifications
