Job Duties

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and technical expertise throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET or SAP ABAP technologies.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Application Services, Cloud Platform and Analytical Platform, and Enterprise Support, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and practices.

Requirements

• Male / Female
• Age below 40
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification in a related field is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of leading software development teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as VB.NET, or SAP ABAP.
• Experience with database technologies, such as SQL Server or SAP S4 HANA.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
