Team Leader - Customer Service
Full-Time
Job Duties:
Guide & Lead team
Set clear team goals,delegate tasks and set deadlines
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Greet customers and inquire into their product or service requirements
Ensure that a customer service agent is available to handle all queries and service requirements of customer
Address incoming queries from customers in person, over the telephone and through emails
Offer productive solutions to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the service and return for more
Perform market research to decipher how the competition is faring and provide correlating reports
Perform customer retention work to ensure a steady and ever-increasing customer base
Update customer information constantly and delete irrelevant fields in database
Provide solutions to customers problems and complaints with a view to retain their business and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
Male / Female
Age below 35
Fluent in English/Tamil with Hind/Malayalam/Telungu
Good Computer Literacy
Working Days & Time
Week Days - 11.00 Am - 7.00 Pm
Saturday - 11.00 Am - 5.00 Pm
