Team Leader - Front Office (Hospitality Industry) Full-Time
Job Duties:
Supervise, guide, and motivate the front office team to deliver professional and courteous service.
Manage daily front desk operations, including guest inquiries, information services, and customer assistance.
Ensure smooth handling of customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in the reception and front office areas.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Prepare duty rosters, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Provide training and coaching to front office associates to maintain service quality standards.
Maintain records of guest interactions, feedback, and reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with mall policies, health, and safety regulations.
Promote mall facilities, events, and services to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements:
Male
Age below 40 years
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/lead role (preferably in malls, hotels, or retail).
Previous experience in a supervisory capacity at a Hotel Front Office, Customer Servicing, or Guest Relations is highly desirable.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office and front office management systems.
Should be able to work on a roster including weekends and holidays.
