Job Duties

• Responsible for preparing and raising service orders for after sales service invoicing. 
• Responsible for preparing of working hand document for the received quotation requests. 
• Communicating with suppliers for pricing. 
• Responsible for preparing quotations . 
• Coordinating with relevant engineers, technicians, managers for ensure service report details. 
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Male
• Age between 25-30 
• Minimum 03 years of experience in related to scientific/medical aftersales business or equivalent. 
• Completed certificate course in computer office packages with experience .
• Successfully passes the GCE 0/L and A/L examinations.
• Possess a positive attitude, Hardworking, well-disciplined, and willing to work under pressure. 
• Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Strong interpersonal skills and product compliance knowledge .
• Excellent team player with innovative thinking.
