Job Duties:

• Conduct site visits and feasibility studies for solar system installations
• Design, engineer, and implement solar and electrical systems tailored to client needs
• Install solar panels, inverters, and related electrical components
• Perform routine maintenance, system upgrades, and repairs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Provide technical support and training to clients
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors
• Maintain documentation for installations, maintenance, and customer interactions
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout project phases

Requirements:

• Male
• Age below 40
• Technical support experience in Solar/Electrical systems
• NVQ 3 or 4/NCT or technical related qualifications
• Experience with solar energy systems installation and maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of renewable energy policies and regulations in Sri Lanka
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary
• Motor bike with license
