Job Duties

• Install, maintain, and provide technical support for solar energy systems for both commercial and residential customers.
• Conduct site surveys and design solar/electrical systems.
• Engineer systems to meet specific customer needs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems in solar/electrical systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Male
• Age Below 35
• NVQ Level 3 or 4 / NCT or equivalent technical qualifications.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in technical support related to Solar/Electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience in installing and maintaining solar energy systems.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of renewable energy policies and regulations in Sri Lanka.
• Willingness to travel to various customer sites as needed.
• Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
• Possession of a motorbike license.
