Job Duties Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, such as user guides, manuals, API documentation and release notes.Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.Organize and structure documentation effectively, ensuring consistency and adherence to style guidelines.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of documentation.Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity, grammar, and overall quality. Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.Proficiency in using documentation tools and software.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.Higher Diploma in IT or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and documentation practices.Experience with visual design and creating multimedia content is an advantage.
