• Install, configure, maintain, and repair CCTV systems and related security equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and networking-related issues.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and servicing of CCTV equipment at client locations islandwide.
• Ensure all power tools and manual tools are operated safely according to health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding work schedules, site requirements, and material cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Perform equipment demonstrations and prepare training materials/manuals when required.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding CCTV systems.
• Attend regular technical training workshops to enhance product and system knowledge.
• Maintain accurate service records and report completed work and issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Male Candidates
• Age below 40
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CCTV installation, repairs, and maintenance.
• NVQ Level 4 qualification in Networking or Electronics from a recognised training institute in Sri Lanka.
• Good knowledge of CCTV systems, networking, and electronic equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair CCTV-related technical issues.
• Good understanding of cabling, network configurations, and security systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and travel for site visits when required.
• Male candidates below 40 years of age are preferred.
• Candidates residing in the Western Province are encouraged to apply.
• Valid riding licence and own motorcycle will be a distinct advantage.
