Job Duties:

• Assist in the coordination of air shipments and cargo operations.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation (air waybills, invoices, packing lists).
• Track and follow up on shipments with airlines and freight forwarders.
• Support inventory management and warehouse coordination.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely cargo movement.
• Learn and adhere to all regulatory, safety, and company compliance standards.
• Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Male
• Age below 30 years 
• Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, air cargo operations, or shipping documentation is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
