Job Duties

• Learn and operate garment production machines under supervision
• Assist experienced machine operators in daily production activities
• Perform sewing machine operations according to production requirements
• Maintain product quality and follow production standards
• Check garments for defects and ensure accuracy
• Follow work instructions and achieve daily production targets
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area
• Report machine issues and production concerns to supervisors
• Support smooth workflow within the production line

Requirements

• Male/ Female Candidates
• G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification
• Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply
• Previous garment factory experience will be an added advantage
• Interest in learning garment machine operations
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
