Job Duties

• Assist the Production Supervisor in daily production activities
• Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow
• Support printing, finishing, packing, and dispatch operations
• Check product quality according to company standards
• Maintain production records and update progress reports
• Coordinate with production team members to meet daily targets
• Ensure materials and tools are available for production activities
• Follow workplace safety and quality procedures
• Support continuous improvement activities within the production department

Requirements

• Male / Female Candidates
• Passed G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification
• Age below 30 years preferred
• Fresh school leavers / trainees are encouraged to apply
• Interest in building a career in the printing & manufacturing industry
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a production environment
• Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage
