Job Duties 

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

Requirements

• Male
• Age between 25 - 30
• HNDES - Civil or NDT-Civil or NCT (Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering) with two years' experience or any other similar recognized qualification with minimum five years' work experience and/ or Part qualified BSc in Quantity Surveying with minimum three years' work experience.
• Preference will be given to applicants with exposure in steel buildings and fabrications.
• Be competent in AutoCAD 2018 and other engineering design packages.
• Have a good command of the English language and be computer literate..
• Be willing to travel to project sites.
