Job Duties

• Visit customers in arrears to recover overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding accounts.
• Negotiate with customers to agree on repayment plans.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up regularly to ensure timely recovery.
• Provide feedback to management on customer issues and payment trends.
• Support the accounts team in day-to-day financial documentation and reporting.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while handling sensitive recovery matters.

Requirements

• Male
• Age between 20–30 years.
• G.C.E. (A/L) qualification.
• Candidates with Recovery/Credit experience may be considered for the Accounts Supervisor role.
• Valid motorcycle riding license.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
• Experience in Hire Purchase facilities and recovery methods is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work anywhere in the island.
