Job Duties

• Develop customized tour itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
• Research and negotiate rates with hotels, transportation providers, and activity operators.
• Manage all logistics for tours, including transportation, accommodation, and activity bookings.
• Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after their trip to address questions and concerns.
• Build strong relationships with travel vendors and tourism partners.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements 

• Male / Female 
• GCE, Advanced Level qualification 
• No need Experience 
• Basic knowledge of Tourist Attractions in Sri Lanka
• A very good knowledge of written and spoken English 
• Good PR, Communication skills with a passion for work 
• Fluency in any other language will be an added advantage
• Living in Colombo district would be advantageous
